3. Tag a friend in the comments of the competition picture. Every tag is an entry so the more people you tag, the more entries you get. Simple.

Competition closes 23.59 Sunday 28th April 2019. Winner announced shortly afterwards.

Prize: 2 tickets to Grand Designs Live 2019 and a voucher to the value of £70 from Geofleur. This can be spent on a 3-month subscription to plant services OR one-off purchases to the same value

Studio 31 Grand Designs Competition Terms and Conditions

1. This competition is open only to residents of the UK and Eire aged 18 and Over. Except employees of Design Studio 31 Ltd.

2. There is no entry fee and no purchase from Studio 31 is necessary to enter this competition

3. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

4. The competition is run via the Studio 31 Instagram account (@designstudio31) but may be marketed or shared via other social media channels

5. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

Entrants must:

1. Follow @designstudio31 on Instagram

2. Like the competition photo

AND

3. Comment tagging at least one friend

6. Winners will only be considered eligible who have all 3 above components completed at the time the competition closes. Entrants who fulfil the above criteria will receive one entry for each person tagged.

7. An entrant may enter multiple times by tagging new and unique friend tags. All entries which tag one friend multiple times will be disqualified.

8. Competition will run from Friday 12th April 2019 until 23.59 on Sunday 28^th April 2019. All entries after the closing date and time will be null and void.

9. Winner will chosen at random by Design Studio 31 Ltd within 48 hours of the competition end and contacted via direct message using the Instagram account they entered with. Please ensure you use the correct account.

10. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

11. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

12. Grand Designs Live and Grand Designs are in no way responsible for this competition.

13. GeoFleur is in no way responsible for this competition.

14. 1. The prize is as follows:

2 tickets to Grand Designs Live 2019 and a one voucher to the value of £70 from Geofleur. Voucher is for a monetary value of £70 and may be spent on any purchases or services as specified within the GeoFleur terms of use on their website. This may include their postal subscription services or one-off plant purchases. Please see GeoFleur website for further information on the restrictions of the voucher.

14.2. The voucher may NOT be exchanged for cash or other alternative.

15. No cash or alternative in part or full will be offered in lieu of the prize. Prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

16. 1.  Studio 31 Ltd accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or liability incurred whilst taking the prize and will not reimburse any loss, damage or expense incurred as a result of taking the prize.

16.2 Design Studio 31 Ltd is not in any way responsible for the actions of the winner during the Grand Designs Live event or liable for any accidents or injury during the course of the prize.

16.3 By entering the competition, all successful candidates agree to comply with the Grand designs health and safety procedures and follow event and hotel visitor instructions

17. Any expenses incurred as a result of taking the prize including food, travel and insurances are at the competition winner’s cost and these expenses are not included as part of the prize package.

18. Design Studio 31 Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach or any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside the promoters control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

19. Design Studio 31 Ltd is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

20. Design Studio 31 Ltd decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

21. This competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

22. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

23. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or any other social network. You are providing your information to Design Studio 31 and not any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found here.

24. Design Studio 31 shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.

25. Design Studio 31 reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
