Hill Farm

Situated adjacent to the Chiltern Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (ANOB), Hill Farm comprises three homes inspired by the open and communal nature of farmstead buildings.

Working closely with Resident Architects, this was a small scale residential development with an ambitious commitment to the highest levels of sustainability. The landscape design was key in creating a natural and discrete separation between plots without clear boundaries and encouraging a sense of community with people and nature.

The design reinstates much of the lost biodiversity on site, encouraging habitat creation and wildlife improvement. The sensitive proposal here will transform the industrial brownfield site and result in a huge 320% biodiversity net gain.
